How do I list my business or a space for rent?كيف أعرض مشروعي أو محلاً للإيجار؟
Sign in to the app, tap to add a listing, choose a category, then add photos, a description, the sale price and/or rent, and your contact details. Your listing appears once it is published.سجّل دخولك في التطبيق، اضغط على إضافة إعلان، اختر القسم، ثم أضف الصور والوصف وسعر البيع و/أو الإيجار وبيانات التواصل. يظهر إعلانك بعد نشره.
How do I edit or remove a listing?كيف أعدّل أو أحذف إعلاني؟
Open your listing from your account in the app to edit its details or remove it. If you have any trouble, contact us and we’ll do it for you.افتح إعلانك من حسابك في التطبيق لتعديل التفاصيل أو حذفه. وإذا واجهت أي مشكلة، تواصل معنا وسنقوم بذلك نيابةً عنك.
Does Waseela handle payments between buyers and sellers?هل تتولى وسيلة الدفع بين البائع والمشتري؟
No. Waseela connects buyers, sellers and tenants. Any agreement, inspection and payment is made directly between the parties. How do I report a listing or a user?كيف أبلّغ عن إعلان أو مستخدم؟
Email us atراسلنا على info@waseela.tech with the listing title and the reason. We review every report and remove content that breaks our rules.مع عنوان الإعلان وسبب البلاغ. نراجع كل بلاغ ونحذف أي محتوى مخالف.
How do I delete my account?كيف أحذف حسابي؟
- Open the Waseela app and sign in.افتح تطبيق وسيلة وسجّل دخولك.
- Open the menu and go to My account.افتح القائمة واذهب إلى حسابي.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.اضغط على حذف الحساب ثم أكّد.
Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, your listings and your saved favourites. You can also ask us to delete your account by emailingحذف الحساب يزيل ملفك الشخصي وإعلاناتك ومفضلتك بشكل نهائي. يمكنك أيضاً طلب حذف حسابك عبر مراسلتنا على info@waseela.tech from the email or with the phone number linked to your account.
